Description: To use this jutsu the user starts by gathering lightning chakra into her hands and performs the required handseals, afterward she will slam her palms on the ground releasing the lightning chakra. This lighting chakra will travel through the ground around the user and will shock any target within the area of effect. The closer the target is to the user the bigger the shock he will get, consequently the further one is the smaller the shock but even a small shock can at least make a person twitch, making them loose focus and such. At genin the area of effect is 15 feet, at Chuunin it's 30 and at Jounin it's 60 feet.

Background: Tai was born in the hidden mist and was part of the kaguya clan.Tai was a baby when the wiping out of his clan was happening.So his parents hid him where no one couldnt get to him.When Tai was 4 he start to act out and acting evil.He stole form people.He acted like this for 4 years until he turned 8 he started acting good.He helped out people my showing them the way through the woods and friendly little jobs.By the the time he was 8 he lived and trained in the forest and wonder around the village.when he turned 12 he did a little bit of both,good and evil.He stole,helped,and tricked people.Then when he enter the academy his kekkai genkkai start to show a little.During class a bone slow came out of his shoulder.After that happened Tai has been train hard to make it come back up but it havent showed.Then when he became a gennin when he trained with a sensai it showed again and he was able to control it and use it in is fight.Now that he's 14 and getting ready for the chunnin exam he have come a long way from being by himself.Also he like the feel of evil but knows its wrong and he to the right thing a play on the good side.So right now Tai is a neutral character but right now he lean on the good side.
